Fıkıh usulü gelenek de ifade eder. Kitap bu anlamda geleneğin taşıyıcısıdır. Bize rehberlik eden seleflerimize minnettarım. Kitap fıkıh usulü yazım yöntemleri olan Fukaha, Mütekellim veya Memzuc metod yöntemlerine uymamaktadır. Esas aldığımız eserler de bu şekildedir. Fıkıh geleneğimiz ile tanıştıran, heyecanımızı artıran kıymetli hocalarımızdan hiç olmazsa bazılarını hayırla yad etmeliyiz. Hamza Aktan Hocamı rahmetle yad ediyorum. İfadelerde itinası, dikkati, incelikli tespitleri tekrar ve yeniden yazma heyecanımın kaynaklarından en önemlisidir. Okuduğu her cümleyi yeniden düşünmesi, bu metinlere yeniden sorular sorması, çok iyi bildiği konularda bile farklı okumalar yapması örnek alınacak yönlerinden sadece bir kaçıdır. İbrahim Kâfi Dönmez hocamın tercüme ettiği Fıkıh Usulü kitabı çeşitli ilimleri kuşatan fıkıh ilmini sevmemize, dahası önemini fark etmemize sebep oldu. Buna hocamın zarif duruşu da eklenince. Klasik eserleri okumayı ihya eden hocalarımızdan birisi olarak Orhan Çeker hocamızı hayırla yad ediyorum. Böylesi zor, kıymetli ve sürekli yenilenmesi gereken bir ilim dalında bana yazma görevi veren kıymetli insanlar var. Bu düşünülerek ihtiyaç hissedilirse ileri okumalar için ünite sonlarında makaleler önerilmiştir. Konularla ilgili de az örnek verdik. Elinizdeki Fıkıh Usûlü kitabı siz okuyucularımızın tenkit ve uyarıları sonucu daha faydalı hale gelecektir.
