This year, we are organizing the 4th International Symposium on Music and Fine Arts Education, hosted by the Department of Fine Arts Education at the Faculty of Education, Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Our symposium encompasses a wide range of topics including music education, music in education, musicology, music history, performance, world music, music technology, lifelong learning, music psychology, and music sociology.
The aim of the symposium is to provide a scientific platform for experts, artists, and educators in these fields to share their knowledge and experiences. This year, we have esteemed invited speakers from a total of 8 countries, including the United States, Finland, the United Kingdom, Spain, and China. These speakers are renowned academics, artists, and music educators at both national and international levels. Additionally, our mixed media art exhibition features artists from a total of 16 countries.
The 4th Symposium was held online from November 29 to December 1, 2024. In addition to high-quality paper presentations, our symposium will contribute to national and international music science through concerts, panels, and various themed exhibitions.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our stakeholders who have contributed to the successful continuation and high quality of our symposium.
