Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi ev sahipliğinde 25–27 Haziran 2025 tarihleri arasında düzenlenen 17. Uluslararası Nükleer Yapı Özellikleri Konferansı (NSP2025), 2004 yılında Eskişehir’de başlatılan ve günümüze kadar başarıyla sürdürülen saygın bilimsel toplantı dizisinin son halkasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu yıl Sivas’ta gerçekleştirilen konferans, yirmiden fazla ülkeden gelen araştırmacı, akademisyen ve öğrencileri bir araya getirerek nükleer yapı fiziği, nükleer astrofizik, nükleer reaksiyonlar, yüksek enerji fiziği, tıbbi ve sağlık fiziği, ivmelendirici teknolojileri ve özellikle nükleer bilimde yapay zekâ ve kuantum hesaplama uygulamaları gibi çağdaş konularda en güncel gelişmelerin tartışılmasına olanak sağlamıştır. NSP konferans dizisi, deneysel ve kuramsal araştırmacılar arasında etkileşimi teşvik eden, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde iş birliklerinin gelişmesini destekleyen bir bilimsel platformdur. Bu yılki toplantı, davetli konuşmalar, sözlü ve poster sunumları ile farklı alanlarda çalışan bilim insanlarına araştırmalarını paylaşma ve yeni ortaklıklar kurma fırsatı sunmuştur. Elinizdeki Bildiri Kitabı, konferansta sunulan bildirilerin özetlerini içermektedir. Kitapta yer alan çalışmalar; nükleer modeller, reaksiyon dinamikleri, radyasyon ölçümleri, hızlandırıcı teknolojileri, nükleer enerji uygulamaları, tıbbi görüntüleme sistemleri ve yapay zekâ tabanlı analiz teknikleri gibi geniş bir konu yelpazesini kapsamaktadır. Bu çeşitlilik, günümüz nükleer biliminin çok disiplinli doğasını ve yenilikçi yaklaşımlarla gelen dönüşümünü yansıtmaktadır. Bu kitabın, konferansta paylaşılan bilimsel birikimi kalıcı kılacağına ve gelecekteki araştırmalara ışık tutacağına inanıyoruz.
