Bu bildiri, Kur’an’da sabır kavramını tefsir literatürü ve psikolojik yaklaşımlar ışığında incelemektedir. Sabır, İslam düşüncesinde iman, ibadet ve toplumsal sorumlulukla doğrudan bağlantılı bir erdem olarak tanımlanırken, modern psikoloji açısından bireyin stresle başa çıkma kapasitesini ve ruhsal dayanıklılığını güçlendiren bir yetkinlik olarak ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle sabır kavramının sözlük ve terim anlamları açıklanmış, ardından Kur’an’daki peygamber kıssaları ve hadislerdeki yansımaları değerlendirilmiştir. Tasavvuf geleneğinde sabır, nefis terbiyesi ve Allah rızasına teslimiyet bağlamında ele alınmış; modern psikolojide ise sabrın stres yönetimi, bilişsel esneklik ve toplumsal uyum üzerindeki etkileri tartışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak sabır, hem manevi hem de psikolojik boyutlarıyla bütüncül bir değer olarak değerlendirilmiş; bireysel, toplumsal ve kültürel düzeylerde barış, huzur ve dayanışmaya katkı sağlayan evrensel bir erdem olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
