Neutrinos are one of the most common subatomic particles, second only to photons, yet scientists still don't know much about how they behave or what their physical properties are. These particles don't interact with matter very strongly, but since these interactions are so weak, they keep going in the same direction, which is one of the things that makes them so mysterious. Still, neutrinos are essential because they tell us a lot about where they came from. Experiments that indicate neutrinos can transition from one kind to another show that these particles have mass, which is not what the Standard Model said would happen. This finding has led to more in-depth and thorough research in the field of neutrino physics. Neutrons, protons, and muons are particles that come from interactions between neutrinos and nuclei. To get more data and reproduce neutrino energy, these particles need to be studied very carefully. When neutrinos interact, they often create events with both charged and neutral particles. However, it is usually easier to recreate charged particles. This example shows how important it is to correctly identify the neutron component that comes from the interaction to find out the neutrino energy. So, to better understand how neutrinos interact, we need to be able to reliably detect neutrons and make experimental models better. Our program's goal is to fix these problems with specified actions. The major purpose of this study is to set up a controlled testing environment that helps us learn more about how neutrinos interact and lets us take more precise measurements of these events. For research reasons, an AmBe neutron source and a gadolinium-loaded water Cherenkov detector will be used in this situation. The knowledge gathered from this study will help us better understand how neutrinos interact with matter. This initiative aims to be the first to find neutrinos from the Akkuyu nuclear power station, which is now under construction. The research also includes making and testing a water-based liquid scintillator (WbLS). This water-based scintillator is what international neutrino investigations want to employ. The project will be a major source of information for neutrino physicists and will help them gain a better and more complete knowledge of how neutrinos interact. This effort will set the stage for future studies in neutrino physics.
