Bu çalışma, iyilik kavramını tarihsel, düşünsel, toplumsal, psikolojik, sağlık, çevre, eğitim, spor ve uluslararası ilişkiler bağlamlarında ele alan disiplinler arası bir perspektif sunmaktadır. İyilik, yalnızca bireysel bir ahlaki tutum olarak değil; toplumsal yapıları, kurumsal işleyişleri ve uluslararası ilişkileri şekillendiren temel bir değer olarak incelenmektedir. Sosyal destek ve iletişim bağlamında iyilik, bireyler arası ilişkileri güçlendiren, toplumsal dayanışmayı artıran bir unsur olarak değerlendirilmekte; iyilik tasavvurunun dünya tarihindeki serüveni ise farklı medeniyetler ve kültürler üzerinden ele alınarak evrensel bir değer olduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Sûfî düşüncede iyilik, bir yaşam biçimi olarak ele alınmakta; kalpten kâğıda uzanan hikmet boyutuyla iyiliğin düşünce, davranış ve üretim alanlarına yansıması ortaya konulmaktadır. Türkistan’dan Anadolu’ya uzanan süreçte iyilik öncüleri üzerinden, tarihsel süreklilik ve manevi miras vurgulanmaktadır. Tarihsel yardımların milletler arası karşılıklılık ve dayanışma üzerindeki etkileri, iyiliğin kolektif hafızayı ve toplumsal refleksleri nasıl şekillendirdiğini göstermektedir. Afet bilimi perspektifinde iyilik, bireysel duyarlılıktan kolektif reflekslere uzanan bir süreç olarak ele alınmakta; bilimsel veriler ışığında toplumsal dayanıklılık ile ilişkilendirilmektedir. Uluslararası ilişkilerde ve kamu diplomasisinde iyilik, yumuşak güç unsuru olarak değerlendirilmekte; küresel ölçekte güven, etki ve meşruiyet üretme potansiyeli ortaya konulmaktadır. Sağlık alanında iyilik; su ve çevre sağlığı, halk sağlığı, aile hekimliği, doğa terapisi ve iyi oluş kavramları çerçevesinde ele alınmakta; iyiliğin bireyin fiziksel ve ruhsal sağlığı üzerindeki belirleyici rolü vurgulanmaktadır. Aile bağlamında iyilik, sağlıklı birey ve toplum inşasının temeli olarak değerlendirilirken; mizaç ve kişilik özellikleriyle ilişkisi de ele alınmaktadır. Eğitimde iyilik, kuşaklar arası değer aktarımının temel unsurlarından biri olarak görülmekte; eğitim ortamlarında yaşatılması gereken temel bir değer olarak ele alınmaktadır. Spor alanında iyilik; etik, değerler ve toplumsal katkı boyutlarıyla değerlendirilirken, iş güvenliği ve çalışma hayatı açısından iyilik, insan onurunu merkeze alan bir yaklaşım olarak sunulmaktadır. Sonuç olarak bu çalışma, iyiliği bireysel bir erdem olmanın ötesinde; toplumsal düzenin, kurumsal yapının ve uluslararası ilişkilerin merkezinde yer alan çok boyutlu bir değer olarak ele almakta ve iyiliğin insan, toplum ve dünya ölçeğinde dönüştürücü gücünü ortaya koymaktadır.
