Bunun yanı sıra, makine öğrenmesi ve derin öğrenme yöntemlerinin enerji üretim tahmini, talep tarafı yönetimi ve sistem verimliliğinin artırılmasındaki rolü ayrıntılı biçimde incelenmektedir.
